Overview
This notice explains how EdgeMind Ventures LLC handles information associated with the RevBraid public website at revbraid.ai and revbraid.com. The website is informational. It has no user accounts, no payments, no file uploads and no self-service signup. The one place it collects information is the request-a-demo form.
What the demo form collects
The form asks for your name, work email address, company, role, and an optional note about how your team works a lead today. We use those details to reply to you and to discuss RevBraid. We do not use them for advertising, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share them for marketing.
A submission is delivered as a single email to the RevBraid mailbox. It is not written to a database, a CRM, or a marketing automation system, because the website has none of those.
If you email us instead
If you contact us by email we receive whatever is in your message, such as your name, email address, company, and the content of your request. We use it to respond, to discuss RevBraid, and to keep the relevant business record.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers process the limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, including IP address, browser type, request time, requested pages, and security events.
Cookies and analytics
RevBraid does not use advertising cookies and does not run website analytics. The site sets no marketing or analytics cookie, which is why it shows no cookie banner. Essential hosting and security technologies may be used to operate and protect the site. See our Cookie Notice for more.
Service providers
We do not sell personal information. These providers process information on our behalf for this website:
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and provides edge security. It processes the technical request information described above.
Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) delivers the demo-request email from the website to our mailbox. It processes the contents of your form submission in transit.
Our business mailbox is operated by Google LLC as part of Google Workspace. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Retention
A demo request lives as an email in our business mailbox. We keep business correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, to maintain the relevant business record, and to meet legal and security obligations. We do not maintain a separate website database of submissions.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will handle the request directly.
